Erna Scher: Six million perished in concentration camps, in gas chambers. Where is God? Why wouldn't he save these people? Why? What did the Jewish people do to deserve punishment like this? So, I'm less [religious]... I'm very much...I have a little bit of religious left from my father because he was such a big scholar. But otherwise, it just doesn't make sense being religious, because of 6 million.
